You are provided with several methods of finding a watch previously entered in your collection. There are two drop down lists available near the top of the form above the data fields. One allows you to find watches listed by serial number, the other by watch number.

Both drop down lists are sorted alphanumerically.
Another method of finding a watch is to use the filtering capability available by clicking the right mouse button. Filtering watches is further described under Filtering Watches. One final method of finding watch records (though less effective) is to use the text field found in the record navigation buttons at the bottom left corner of each form. To use this method, just type in the record number you want to go to in the text field. Remember though, this "Record Number" is not the same as Watch No. You do not enter record numbers. This is just a numerical number automatically assigned to the watch record. If you delete a watch record, the numbers are reassigned based on order of watch record entry.
