If you utilize a web site to sell watches, you can use the ‘Internet Review’ forms to create html documents of your watches or other items for sale. The ‘Instructions’ command button will open a window with some basic instructions on how to accomplish this.
When you open up an ‘Internet Review Form’ you can scroll through each watch record that was marked for sale and change only the Watch No. or Price. The description shown is what will appear in the HTML document when created.
When you have an ‘Internet Review Form’ open, you can right click the mouse and a shortcut menu opens to let you select which HTML document you want to create.
After you select what document to create, another pop-up form opens asking you what name and directory you want to save the HTML document to. If you check the ‘AutoStart’ checkbox and have an internet browser program installed on your computer, the browser will open after the file is saved and let you preview it as it has been created.
Note: Not all browsers may automatically open and allow preview.
This is an example of what the HTML file will look like in a browser such as Netscape. If you want to add picture to your file, you will need to edit the file. You can easily do this using any one of a number of programs available for creating WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) html files.
