If you open up the ‘File Links’ form, you can select the location of each data file. If you want to create another collection file, copy the wwp.mdb, www.mdb, wwo.mdb files to another location, or make a copy and rename them (except for the extention). When you want to use it, open the ‘File Links’ form.

The Link Data Files form will open.

If you click once on a command button, the files located in the selected database file are listed at the far right. The default path for the database file is shown in the field to the right of the command button. Once you double click a command button, a dialog box will open allowing you to search for the correct file. At the bottom of the 'File Open' dialog box is a drop down list named 'Files of type:' that helps you select either a Ver 3 or Ver 4 file to open. The Ver 4 file name is the default.

Browse to the correct subdirectory where your data files are located. This is most likely c:\watchware. After you select the file, click <Open>. The database tables in the selected file will then be connected to the WatchWare program file.  You should get a message that the tables were attached.

After you have connected to all the database files, close the 'Link Data Files' form. The Main Menu will reappear.
