You are given the capability of printing two different types of watch tags. One is a rectangular tag (like a mailing label), the other is round that you can place in a movement holder. To access the 'Watch Tags' form, select <Forms><Watch Tags> on the toolbar of any watch data form. The watch tag form will then open.

The tag form shown above displays both a rectangular and round tag as they will appear when printed. To select the category of watches to print tags for, select <Select Category> on the toolbar. You can then choose between pocket watches, wristwatches, or movements. The list on the right hand of the form will then be filtered to your selection and show all the watches in your selected collection.
You select the watches you want to print tags for by clicking the checkbox to the left of each watch you want to print a tag for. The checkboxes on the lower left side of the form allows you to print tags for all watches in your selected collection, and select whether or not to print either/or the cost and values you have entered for the watches. NOTE: when you click the cost or value checkboxes, the sample tags will also display or hide the corresponding fields.
The reset button on the toolbar will reset all your selected tags to allow you to reselect only the watches you want to print. When you open the report to print tags, you may have to reformat the columns to fit your printer or paper. Do this by selecting <Printer Setup> when the watch tag report is opened. A dialog box will open allowing you to setup your printer. The third tab on this dialog box is for columns which you can re-size. NOTE: the actual size of the tag cannot be changed, only the spacing between the tags and the margins on the paper.
