Deleting Invoices

As time passes, you will eventually want to remove old invoices. You can delete all these invoices by selecting <Maintenance><Delete Invoices> from the Main Menu menu bar.

When you select this command, you will be given the choice of continuing or not. If you choose to continue, all invoices older than your current quote timeframe will be deleted.

NOTE: It might be a good idea to set your 'Current Timeframe' for at least as long as you will carry unpaid invoices before writing them off so you will not delete any invoice you are still trying to collect on.
