Deleting Quotes

As time passes, you will eventually want to remove quotes that have not been invoiced. These are generally quotes where the customer decided not to pursue the repairs. You can delete all these quotes by selecting <Maintenance><Delete Repair Quotes> from the Main Menu menu bar.

When you select this command, you will be given the choice of continuing or not. If you choose to continue, all quotes older than your current quote timeframe will be deleted.
