Current Record Timeframe

In order to make your database more manageable, you can set the timeframe (in number of days) that you want as the period records will be 'Current'. Any record that falls outside this timeframe will not be available in your 'Repair Quote' or 'Invoice' forms. The default time frame is 60 days. It will remain at 60 days until you change it.

Example: Invoice Timeframe = 60 days

If the current date is 02/05/2002, only records with an invoice date of 12/07/01 (02/05/2002 - 60days)  will be available.

To see the earliest date that quotes or invoices are available for, click on the next to the 'Find Quote' or 'Find Invoice' drop down fields.

NOTE: all invoices are available for review by using the 'Clear Paid Invoices' option on the Main Menu.
